Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Fuel Up LLC (“Fuel Up,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may issue refunds for mobile fuel delivery services. By placing an order through our website or mobile application, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Completed Fuel Deliveries

  • Once fuel has been successfully delivered into a vehicle or tank, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are not available for fuel already delivered.
  • Refunds are not available for changes in fuel prices after delivery.
  • Refunds are not available for customer dissatisfaction unrelated to service errors.

2. Incorrect Fuel Selection

  • Fuel Up LLC relies on customer-provided information regarding fuel type and vehicle compatibility.
  • Refunds will not be issued for damage or issues resulting from incorrect fuel type selected by the customer.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders placed with inaccurate or incomplete vehicle or fuel information.
  • Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct fuel type.

3. Failed or Incomplete Deliveries

A refund or partial refund may be issued if:

  • Fuel Up LLC is unable to complete delivery due to our error.
  • Equipment malfunction prevents delivery.
  • Safety or regulatory issues prevent delivery before fueling begins.

If a partial delivery occurs, refunds (if any) will apply only to the undelivered portion.

4. Customer No-Shows and Inaccessible Vehicles

Refunds will not be issued if delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Inaccessible or locked vehicles.
  • Incorrect delivery location provided by the customer.
  • Blocked fuel access or incompatible fuel caps.
  • Customer not present when required for service.

A service or trip fee may still apply in these instances.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after dispatch but before fueling may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee.
  • Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Applicable cut-off times and fees will be displayed at booking.

6. Weather and Force Majeure

  • Fuel Up LLC is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or emergencies.
  • In such cases, orders may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

7. Promotional Credits and Discounts

  • Promotional credits, discounts, and coupon codes have no cash value.
  • Promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Expired promotions will not be reinstated.

8. Refund Method and Timing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact Fuel Up LLC before initiating a chargeback.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Policy Changes

  • Fuel Up LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
  • Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
